There are several ways that you can get involved with Llyn Parc Mawr.

- Volunteer
- Join the committee
- Or, just use the woodland for walking your dog, picking blackberries, taking photos or even something as simple as enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
If you have ideas about improving the woodland and how we manage it, we’d love to hear from you!

Become a member of Llyn Parc Mawr Community Woodland Group
What do you get for being a member?
- Priority booking for events which have limited capacity
- Admission to members only events
- Free/subsidised attendance to members only training courses
- The ability to influence the future of Llyn Parc Mawr through virtual and face to face meetings
- Lending your support to negotiations with NRW over importance of listening to the local community
- The more members we have, the stronger we are.
- Helping us to make it easier to get grants that enables us to keep membership costs low
- To feel that you are doing the right thing for the community and the environment – past support from members has enabled us to take great steps forward
- Attendance at annual Llais y Goedwig events
- Links to other community woodlands to visit

We ask for a minimum of £5 donation per member (If this is a problem contact us, we don’t want money to be a barrier to membership).
Volunteer with us
We hold regular volunteer days where you can come and help with the following and more:
- Woodland management including:
- Tree planting/maintenance
- Clearing litter
- Construction/carpentry/building maintenance
- Giving talks/tours
- Organising/running events
- Education/training
